Saturday, May 25

Arrive to Paris. You'll have time to settle in, take a shower, and try to adjust to a new time zone!

Sunday, May 26

This is your free day to explore Paris on your own.   You can enjoy the comforts of the hotel or you can head to the city center and search for the hidden gems.

Monday, May 27

Oh la la!  Experience the pageantry of Roland Garros.  It is the most intimate of the four majors.  We will have grounds passes for the first round and be merely feet from world-class players.  We will see what makes it unique to the delicious French cuisine to the elegance of the fashion.

Tuesday, May 28

We will head to Versailles -- the extravagant palace built by the Sun King.  We'll explore the exquisite Hall of Mirrors, the intimate Estate of Trianon, and the beautiful gardens and fountains.  There will be plenty of time to wander around or to take the train back to Paris early.

Wednesday, May 29

We'll see Paris Point Zero -- where all distances from France originate.  We will walk the grounds of the historic Notre Dame Cathedral.  We'll visit the ornate Sainte-Chapelle.  Next, we'll visit the iconic Shakespeare and Company English bookstore.  We'll stroll through the Latin quarter and stop at Le Fournil de Mouffetard for some delightful baked goods.  We'll visit Marie Currie's labatory and the Luxembourg gardens.  We will meet at Restaurant Le Coupe-Chou for dinner.

Thursday, May 30

We'll begin our day with the Paris Charms & Secrets e-bike tour.  It will take us to famous monuments, secret places, and anecdotes.  We will have lunch and then head to the massive Louvre.  We'll see the Mona Lisa and The Winged Victory of Samothrace.  After the Louvre, we'll head to Rue de Buci -- one of the oldest and most charming streets in Paris.  We'll wander the shops and have some gelato!

Friday, May 31

We'll learn to bake macarons like a French Chef.  In this 90 minute class, we'll learn the secrets to the perect macaron and of course will need to taste our work.  We'll head to the well-known Musee d'Orsay to explore French art.  There will be the option of exploring the Musee de l'Orangerie and Monet's water lilies.  We'll finish our day with French wine tasting at Les Caves du Louvre.

Saturday, June 1

We'll head to the historic Montmarte.  This was a haven to many of Paris' famous artists (Van Gogh, Picasso, and Renoir) as well as the beautiful Sacre-Coeur Basilica overlooking the city.  We will take a walking tour and see the famous Moulin Rouge and Paris' last remaining vineyard.  We will explore the gorgeous Parc des Buttes Chaumont.

Sunday, June 2

We will begin our day at the iconic Eiffel Tower where we will hike to the top.  After that, we'll partake in a scenic Seine River cruise.  We'll wander around shops on the magnificent Champs-Elysees.  We'll have exquisite hot chocolate at Angelina Paris.  We will conclude the day at Napoleon's monument, the Arc de Triomphe.  For those who are up for it, we will climb to the top to catch the view at the end of the day.

Monday, June 3

We are back to Roland Garros!  This time we will catch 4th round action at Center court at Court Philippe Chatrier.  The action is sure to be epic and hopefully we'll catch the King of Clay -- Rafael Nadal.

Tuesday, June 4

Last day of the trip and we want to leave it to you. Go explore hidden neighborhoods or gorge yourself on French cuisine.  Bon Voyage!
